The Associate Account Manager provides assistance with the daily administration of the County and Municipal government cooperatives. This includes providing customer service on issues relating to health benefit plans, facilitating employee open enrollment meetings, and analyzing claims data. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years experience in the health insurance field, with employee health benefit experience required. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist in our Compliance Division. Responsibilities include preparing plan documents, summaries, amendments and other documents for our clients’ health and welfare benefit plans; answering questions and resolving compliance issues; tracking documents, generating reports and maintaining databases. Ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of health plan legal and compliance issues, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
ConnectCare3 - Nurse Navigator
ConnectCare3, an innovative service designed to assist patients diagnosed with critical illnesses and life-threatening conditions, is currently seeking a highly compassionate Nurse Navigator.
In this key position, you will conduct educational and training sessions to clients regarding ConnectCare3 services and consult with patients to understand their illness, reduce their fear and anxiety, explore their options, identify treatment issues and interpret information empowering the patient to make the most appropriate decision for their specific situation. The ideal candidate will posses a RN license in good standing as well as 10 years experience in a wide-range of nursing specialties. Hospice experience preferred. Must be willing to travel extensively and possess excellent computer skills.
