Judy Griffith, who became Benecon's Director of Compliance in 2004, is an insurance professional and managed care attorney with over 15 years of experience.  Griffith brings diversified skills to her position, including group insurance management, regulatory compliance, employee benefit contract review and drafting, policy development, and managed care contracting. She is an expert on HIPAA compliance, ERISA, COBRA and other employee benefits, state and federal regulatory issues, including compliance with state insurance, IRS and DOL regulations.   

Before working at Benecon, Griffith owned an employee benefits consulting firm for a number of years.  Prior to that, Griffith was employed by a local law firm, an insurance company and a provider network.
