 Lancaster County, PA - Nancy L. Pletcher, AVP - Strategic Accounts at The Benecon Group, named Vice President of Governing Council of ISCEBS. Previously, Nancy was awarded Fellowship standing in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) for a two-year period. To earn this distinction, Pletcher successfully completed a national employee benefits continuing education course and exam developed by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Benecon in 2002, Pletcher worked 23 years for Armstrong World Industries where she was Manager of Benefits Development and Communications. She was also selected by the PA Senate to serve as a business representative on the PA Health Care Cost Containment Council.
Professionally, she served 10 years with the Lancaster County Business Group on Health (twice as Chairman of the Board of Directors), and seven years on HealthGuard of Lancaster's Board of Directors. She is a founding member and past chairman of the Central PA Chapter ISCEBS, and member of the Human Resources Committee of Lancaster County Conservancy. A graduate of Manheim Twp. High School and summa cum laude graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. degree in business, Pletcher earned her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification in 1994.
