The Benecon Group serves as the General Administrator of the Susquehanna Municipal Trust. The Workers' Compensation Trust was established July 1,1995 and is a non-profit self-insurance program for central Pennsylvania Municipal entities. The Trust operates with sound insurance expertise, disciplined decision making and professional service delivery. The Trust has grown from an initial membership of nine entities to a current membership of thirty-four. Each municipal member strengthens the program and shares in the success of the Trust. That success has resulted in low stable rates and in dividend distributions to the membership of over 2.9 million dollars or approximately 27.41% of contributions.
